This is a brief summary of the rules of squash. It is not a replacement for the official rules, and should therefore be used as an adjunct to the WSF rules, as of May 2001.
Squash bag advice
The choice of your bag largely depends on the number of rackets and/or clothing you are taking with you.
All bags have 1 or more main compartments for rackets, shoes, clothing, etc.

You wear squash goggles for one reason: your own safety.
The annoying thing about a squash ball is that it fits exactly in your eye socket and can therefore cause serious injuries, because the ball always hits your eye with force

Squash grip advice
It is common knowledge that a squash racket feels like new again when it is fitted with a new grip. If you wait too long to replace a worn grip, you will increasingly lose the feeling for your racket
Squash Shoes Advice
Just as important as a racket that fits you, is a squash shoe that is right for you. If you go on court with a less suitable shoe, then the chance of ankle and knee injuries is greater and you will soon be off the court again.
