postage costs

Squashwebwinkel offers you the following delivery options:

Letterbox post within Belgium & the Netherlands (not insured): € 2.75
Up to and including an amount of €49.99 you can choose to send via letterbox post, provided of course that the package fits through the letterbox. For this we charge nothing or €2.75. This amount consists of shipping and packaging costs.

Registered and insured within Belgium & the Netherlands: €6.50 extra.
Up to and including an amount of €49.99 you can choose registered and insured shipping. This shipment is also traceable. If you prefer not to choose letterbox post, this is a good option. This method of shipping is recommended for a large shipment, for example.

Parcel post within Belgium & the Netherlands (PostNL): € 6.75
Up to and including an amount of €49.99 you can choose to ship via parcel post. For this we charge €6.75. This amount consists of shipping and packaging costs. Shipping by PostNL.

My order is €50 or more: €0
From €50,- your order will be shipped free of charge. This will be done by registered and insured shipping. This option only applies within Belgium and the Netherlands.

To all European countries (always insured and traceable): € 9.50
To all European countries we only send orders by registered, insured and traceable mail. For this we charge a fixed amount of € 9.50, regardless of the size of your order. Delivery takes approx. 4 to 5 working days.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Squashwebwinkel has a wide range of items with a fast turnaround time.

We can usually deliver faster than stated for the item in question.

Because squashwebwinkel has its stock in four locations, it is possible that these items must first be sent to our office in Merum to be sent from there. We have also reserved goods with a number of suppliers. This means that we can dispose of these goods and that they are sent by the supplier. The delivery can therefore be delayed by 1 or 2 days. Sometimes it is possible or desirable to have the goods sent directly to save time.

After your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information to make the payment. Please do not forget to mention the invoice number with the transfer. Advance payment from abroad via IBAN and BIC:
We ship orders to all countries within the EU. With our IBAN and BIC codes you can transfer money quickly and free of charge. You will find these codes in the confirmation email that you will receive by email after your order. Pay with iDEAL via the Multisafepay payment platform
Pay safely, reliably and easily with iDEAL.
iDEAL is based on internet banking. This means that you can pay in your trusted payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your bank. You use the same tools for the payment as for a payment via internet banking (for example Random Reader at Rabobank, SMS-Tan at Postbank, and e.dentifier at ABN AMRO). The payment is made directly from the payment account. In that respect it is similar to a pin payment.

How does iDEAL work?
You place an order. When paying for the order, you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. Click on the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you. Your bank will ask you to fill in some information and you authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your payment account and the web shop owner is informed that the order has been paid.

I have made a payment, how can I be sure that I have paid?
After each payment with iDEAL you will see a confirmation that you can print or email. You will also find your payment with iDEAL in your account overview afterwards.

Can I reverse an iDEAL payment?
A payment with iDEAL is irrevocable after execution, just like a payment via internet banking, and cannot be reversed.

Cash on collection (by appointment):
For logistical reasons, pick-up is only possible for orders of €20 or more. We ask for your understanding. Please note that you only save €6.75 in shipping costs when you pick up your order. Your order will even be shipped free of charge for orders of €50 or more. After placing your order on the website, you will receive our telephone number by e-mail to make an appointment. Payment is only possible in cash and in the exact amount. We do not have a physical store and only offer a pick-up option by appointment (e.g. Dennenmarken). Dropping by without an appointment is pointless as we have our warehouse at multiple locations.

Pay later on invoice:

8. WARRANTY

Without limiting your right of withdrawal under Article 7, you can return the product to us, e.g. if the product is not the product ordered, is damaged or defective or is an incorrectly delivered quantity.

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must - if possible - report this damage immediately to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to complain or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own rights against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Once we have confirmed the defect or other problem, we will:

- provide a full refund
- provide a full refund for damaged or defective goods if this is within a reasonable time after the sale, or

warranty

Warranty period
We apply the legally required warranty period of 12 months to all products. The suppliers and manufacturers of our products are carefully selected, which allows us to guarantee product satisfaction.

If you do experience problems with your product, please contact our customer service via info@squashwebwinkel.nl. We are ready to answer your questions. If the problem cannot be solved by our customer service, we will ensure that the product is replaced or repaired.

Returns of products must always be announced first by e-mail: info@squashwebwinkel.nl. Unannounced and insufficiently stamped shipments will be refused! Shipments that are sent as 'Return to sender' will also be refused. Return shipments according to this regulation must therefore always be stamped by you.

No warranty on strings.
Unfortunately, Squashwebwinkel.nl cannot provide a guarantee on strings. Nowadays, it happens with a number of brands that the string breaks quite quickly. This is not due to the racket or the string. Most rackets nowadays are of such good quality that the string breaks very quickly when you hit the ball just below the frame. There is then a lot of tension on the string and that can cause it to break. It is annoying to say that you should not hit the strings at this spot and actually have a mishit. The space between the top horizontal string and the frame is often too big. When you hit here in combination with the good quality rackets of today, there is a very big chance that the string will break there. Until the big brands do something about this, this unfortunately keeps coming back. For example, we had a player who broke his string three times in 1 month. Always in the same place. Neither the manufacturer nor we can do anything about that. The solution for him was a good quality string, the Ashaway powernick. Fortunately, he is an exception.


Following all major squash brands, we can therefore not accept liability for broken strings or otherwise. A string is subject to forces and it is difficult to investigate what caused the break. If you still doubt whether it is a manufacturing defect, I would like to ask you to email us. We will then give you the email address of the contact person of the racket brand. You can then correspond with them and you will then be informed whether the break is still covered by the warranty.


Warranty on rackets.

What to do in case of breakage, the most common problem? The discussion is always whether the breakage was caused by the user or whether it is a manufacturing defect. We cannot and do not want to have this discussion. We transfer this discussion to the brand owner of the racket. They have the expertise and have information about rackets that have broken in the past and whether they were covered by the warranty. They have been following the product for years and can judge very well whether this is covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, we have to conclude that it is usually not a manufacturing defect. This does not mean that there is no point in filing a complaint.


However, the opponent's racket is also hit against the wall, the ground, the glass and sometimes the rain. The racket always has something to do with it. Sometimes you can still play with it for months and sometimes only for 2 weeks. The brand owner must then take on the difficult task of judging what is right. We always take over this decision. We trust their expertise and judgment in this. If you do not agree, you will have to discuss this with the brand owner. So in the event of a break, the problem is submitted to the brand owner. Usually we want to assess the breakage of a racket ourselves first. That is why we ask you to send the racket to us in Stuhr. We consult with the brand owner and, if necessary, send them the racket.

To make an initial assessment, it might be wise to send a few photos first. Preferably of the fracture and of the bumper. This will allow us to make an initial assessment based on these photos. After this, you may be able to make a better assessment of whether sending them is useful. If you wish to make use of this, please send the photos to info@squashwebwinkel.nl.

Shoes, if not used, can of course always be returned if they do not fit. Of course, you do not need shoes that do not fit while playing. Squash items that are returned will be credited if they do not show any signs of use. So shoes that have been used for squash or a racket where the plastic around the grip has been removed or damage to the bumper is visible, will not be credited or charged.

When returning the shoes to Merum, please wrap the shoe box in paper or a plastic bag. We would like to send the box unlabeled to a new customer. The shoes will not be taken back in the case of labeled boxes.

You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you transcripts or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address known to us. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue providing the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights

Squashwebwinkel.nl has existed in its current form since 2008. It is part of a company that has been operating on the Dutch market since 1996. We have been the largest Dutch squash specialty store on the internet for a long time.

Squashwebwinkel.nl sells all A-brands in the field of squash.

Because we buy directly from selected suppliers, we can offer our products at very competitive prices. Usually at the lowest price in the Netherlands.
