At the same time, it softens the tension caused by friction during lateral movements. The shoe bends in exactly the right place and stimulates the natural lateral and forward movements of the foot. LMS + Dual The Hawk has an extra wide sole at the front which reduces ankle injuries. Due to the shoe model we recommend ordering one size larger than your standard shoe size.
